Guidelines and Compliance Contact
Carp Tackle provides a dedicated Guidelines and Compliance Contact for Market Surveillance Authorities, monitoring bodies, and Law Enforcement Authorities, enabling them to:
report listings that may be non-compliant with applicable regulations;
request the removal of content from the platform, where legally justified.

The following information is provided to assist competent Authorities in navigating publicly available and platform-based information when submitting investigative requests related to activities on
Listings published on Carp Tackle may be identified using the platform’s search function, by entering relevant keywords or the unique listing reference code.
Where available, listings can also be filtered by country, postal code, city, and/or by user profile.
User profiles may be reviewed by consulting information made available within the platform, such as feedback left by other users and, where applicable, the user’s visible transaction history, including previous listings and completed sales.
These tools reflect standard platform functionalities and do not constitute investigative or monitoring activities carried out by Carp Tackle.
